Andrew has been a  business owner of a computer company for over 15 years providing software training and support. He now also provides marketing and technology support to other small businesses across North America. Andrew's passion is helping small businesses optimize their structures and making  it as simple as possible to run.

Chris has been doing accounting for over 11 years. He has worked for small and medium sized accounting firms and was controller for a very large corporation. He has now returned to his roots of providing financial advice to small and medium business through his own public accounting firm that he owns and operates.

Sofia is a Human Resources (HR) consultant, strategist, leader, advocate and educator and comes with over 14 years of senior level experience in Human Resources. Her human resources firm offers tailored HR support, services and solutions to a wide range of industries of all sizes including education, engineering, public practice accounting, manufacturing, law and telecommunications. Some of her HR services and expertise includes training, performance management, employee engagement, change management, strategic planning, policy and handbook development, and employee relations.

"My connection with small and medium-sized businesses started at the young age of 10. My first job was stuffing invoices into envelopes for my parent's small business. He has worked for medium-sized and large businesses and most recently led a nine-figure business unit with over 800 employees for the largest small-store format home improvement retailer in Canada. He is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and provides companies with a done-for-you framework to transform their talent and teams so they perform at their best every day and thrive in today's shifting workplace.
